These terms govern your use of Pamtech Media Pro, operated by Pamtech Media Ltd("Pamtech", "we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to them.
The platform
Pamtech Media Pro connects creators with training, qualification, jobs, and events, and connects businesses with vetted talent, production services (including Business Media Training), and studio bookings. We facilitate these connections and services; we do not guarantee a specific outcome from any job, training, or booking.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login details secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or disable accounts that violate these terms, misrepresent information, or are used fraudulently.
Qualification and the talent pool
Admission to the talent pool is at Pamtech's discretion, based on training completion, portfolio review, and/or the qualifier assessment. Being listed in the talent pool doesn't guarantee job dispatches.
Payments
Academy enrollment, course purchases, event tickets, and service bookings are paid by bank transfer. Access or confirmation is granted once our team verifies your proof of payment — this is a manual process and may take some time. See our Refund Policy for cancellations.
Jobs and disputes
Businesses post jobs and Pamtech dispatches them to matched creators. Both sides can rate each other after a job is marked complete, and can report an issue through the platform if something goes wrong. Pamtech reviews reported disputes but is not a party to the underlying agreement between a business and a creator, and does not guarantee payment or delivery outcomes on any individual job.
Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform: no fraudulent payment claims, harassment, posting of jobs or content that violate Nigerian law, or attempts to circumvent qualification or payment processes.
Intellectual property
Training content, course materials, and platform branding belong to Pamtech or our licensors. Content you upload (portfolio links, submissions) remains yours, but you grant us the right to display it on the platform as needed to operate the service.
Limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Pamtech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including disputes between businesses and creators.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the update.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
