Pamtech Media Pro

Privacy Policy

Last updated August 2026

Pamtech Media Ltd("Pamtech", "we", "us") operates Pamtech Media Pro, a platform for creator training, qualification, talent matching, production services, and events in Nigeria. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what rights you have over it.

What we collect

Depending on how you use the platform, we collect:

  • Account details: name, email address, phone number, and role (creator or business).
  • Profile information: location, bio, skills, portfolio links, and company details.
  • Payment-related records: proof-of-payment screenshots you upload, and transaction status. We do not process card payments directly or store bank card details — payments are manual bank transfers, confirmed by our team.
  • Content you submit: qualification submissions, job posts, consultation requests, event registrations, ratings, and dispute reports.
  • Technical data: pages visited and basic error logs, used to keep the platform running and fix bugs — not for advertising or tracking across other sites.

How we use it

  • To operate your account and match creators with jobs, trainings, and services.
  • To review and confirm payments and qualification submissions.
  • To send you notifications about your jobs, payments, trainings, and account.
  • To resolve disputes between platform users.
  • To maintain and improve the platform, including diagnosing errors.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use Supabase (a database and infrastructure provider) to host platform data, and Expo to deliver push notifications on mobile. These providers process data on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes. We do not share your information with advertisers. Businesses on the platform can see a creator's public profile, ratings, and job-relevant details when you apply to or are dispatched to a job.

Data retention

We keep account and transaction data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after to meet accounting and legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account at any time (see below).

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To make a request, contact us at [privacy contact email].
