Refund Policy

All payments on Pamtech Media Pro are made by bank transfer and confirmed manually by our team. This policy explains when a refund is available.
Academy training
Full refund if you cancel more than 7 days before your cohort's start date. Within 7 days of the start date, or after the cohort has started, enrollment fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or at Pamtech's discretion for extenuating circumstances.
Courses
Course purchases are refundable within 48 hours of payment confirmation, provided you haven't completed more than one lesson. After that, purchases are final.
Events
Event tickets are refundable up to 72 hours before the event date. Within 72 hours, or for no-shows, tickets are non-refundable.
Studio bookings and services
Cancel a confirmed studio booking or service engagement more than 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Later cancellations are handled case by case — contact us as soon as you know you need to cancel.
How to request a refund
Contact us at [contact email or WhatsApp number] with your name and what you paid for. Approved refunds are returned to the account or method you paid from, and typically processed within 5-10 business days.
